Do you ship to my city?
We are shipping all over India (except in certain remote locations)
For few states like Orissa, Assam, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh and only for certain high value products some declaration forms/permits may be required from your end as per tax regulatory requirements. Our Customer Care department will assist you for the same.
Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping is free! As a special festive offer you will not have to pay any shipping charges on the products ordered.
What is the estimated delivery time?
On an average, shipping takes about 8-10 days after placing the order for furniture items. For items under the Furnishing and Bed Linen category shipping will be done in 3-5 days of placing the order

What happens if I receive a damaged product?
On receiving the product, if you find it is damaged, please call our Customer Care Department 9230064506 and send us product pictures showing the damage. Our team will assess the damage and revert within 1-2 days with a solution. We will either replace the piece or take any other corrective measure to address the issue.
Most of our furniture items can be fitted very easily by your local carpenter. The products that require assembly are shipped along with all the hardware needed for fitting.
We do provide fitting service for furniture items that need assembly at select locations at nominal cost. You may call our Customer Care Department at +919230064506 for the same.
Fitting is absolutely FREE for customers in Bangalore and Kolkata.
